Admission Procedure – HGIS
At Him Gurukul International School (HGIS), we believe in providing every child with the opportunity to explore, learn, and grow in a nurturing environment. Our admission process is simple, transparent, and designed to help parents and students transition smoothly into the HGIS family.
1. Enquiry & Registration :
- Parents/Guardians can visit the school campus or connect with our Admission Office for an initial enquiry.
- An Admission Form/Registration Form can be collected from the school office or downloaded from the school’s website.
- The completed form must be submitted along with the required documents and registration fee.
2. Interaction / Entrance Assessment:
- For Pre-Primary Classes: An informal interaction with the child and parents is conducted to understand the child’s readiness.
- For Primary & Higher Classes: Students may be required to appear for a written assessment and an interaction session with the academic team.
3. Age Criteria for Admission :
Admissions are granted based on the child’s age as of 31st March of the academic year:

4. Submission of Documents
Parents are requested to submit the following documents during the admission process:
- Birth Certificate of the child
- Transfer Certificate (if applicable)
- Previous Academic Records/Report Cards
- Passport-size Photographs (of student and parents)
- Aadhar Card or valid ID proof of parents and child
5. Confirmation of Admission
- Admission is confirmed after the successful completion of the assessment and verification of documents.
- Parents will receive an Admission Offer Letter along with details of the fee structure and payment schedule.
6. Payment of Fees
- To secure the seat, parents must deposit the admission fee and first installment of the tuition fee within the given timeline.
- Non-payment within the deadline may result in the seat being offered to another applicant.
7. Orientation & Joining
- Once admission is confirmed, parents and students will be invited to an Orientation Program to get familiar with the school’s curriculum, facilities, rules, and culture.
- Students will then officially join the HGIS family and begin their academic journey.
